I have noticed from my ebay browsing that some bikes seem unreasonably priced given their abilities. Kawasaki Er6n one such bike. Used values are really high for older models. Seems anything commuter leaning is worth more at the moment. If you pick the 'forgotten' models with sports stuff they can be had for not much.
Still odd that the VFRs don't fetch that much given they really are a great do it all bike. Bit lardy I guess.

That's mental money for a five year old Superstock bike.

That's mental money for a five year old Superstock bike. To be fair it's not your usual 5 year old superstore bike...

I know and they are offering some nice extras like meeting the team etc. But that's a lot of money for little return. The bike will never be worth that. Doesn't matter how you art it up, it's still a five year old superstock bike.

Current bid at €38,600. I wonder if Rea is wondering if he should have done a '17, '18, '19, '20, '21 bike as well. Buy a bike, add €5,000 extras, do a few trackdays, sell it on for another €5,000 profit.
Its odd how superstars adding their name to an item can boost it's value. I see windsurf kit on e-bay & FB pages, ex World Cup sailor's kit. It always sells well. I tend to think their kit is always rigged and lying in the sun (they rig several sails of various sizes in competitions in case the wind strength changes), isnt that well cared for as they get given it for free, gets some serious thrashing. Its kit to avoid.

That seller also has 0 feedback, its their first item. Based in Spain, buyer collects. Add 25% VAT & customs duties if a UK buyer 'wins' it.

Can't imagine many Rea superfans with pockets that deep. If it was Rossi's training bike then muppets would buy it in a flash.
Went to have a look at a Hornet 600 but carbs were a bit 'fluffy'. Not sure I can be fucked with carbs anymore. Those old Hondas piss all over other stuff for build quality though. A bit of autosol and it would have been fine.
Even my wife is telling me just to spend more money and get something better when she saw a 675 speed triple. She keeps going on facebook marketplace and showing me crap though because she likes the colour or whatever. She seems to think a ER6F looks as good as a ZX6R so I'm not listening to her.

Other than that, brilliant.

Riding with deliveroo box doesn't look like fun to me Phil. Surprised you could see where you were going I tend to look forward, not at what is on the rack Holidays abroad on that bike were base myself at one place and ride each day from there rather than tour from place to place daily.
