That Mito is probably worth the asking price. The only problem is you'll have to treat it like a baby as parts in good condition are gold dust. Drop it and despair. Agreed. I've got an itch for a classic 125. A nice TZR Belgarda went on recently too.

The only ones that aren't silly money are rg125f ones. They are steel framed though and not as pretty as the rs125.

My first ever road bike was a rg125F. In Lucky Strike.

Mine was black and purple. I thought it was fucked until I got it past 8000rpm and it suddenly took off with fury. Fun bikes. Sadly some twat pulled out in front of me and it went down the road.

Most stuff is more expensive over here second hand. Vehicles hold their value better and it's pretty common for people to buy second hand cars and bikes abroad and import them into Spain because even paying the transport, VAT and registration costs, it's still worth it, but that Mito wouldn't sell here. That's over 4 grand in Euros for a 37k kms 2-stroke? No chance. For 4,000 Euros you'd be looking at buying a very very tidy Evo model with less than half those miles here. That bike is worth 3,000€ tops, 2,500€ more realistically.

Funny you should say that - I had the same thing happen on mine (and it was nothing to do with me riding like a teenage twat) . Ive only had a few other minor accidents since but that was a big one.

I've never seen a low mileage one, I dont think they actually exist - so a mint one with that miles is a fair price imho.

Anyone decent nick stroker is worth half decent money now. The market is probably a bit paused at moment but will maintain prices unlike some other stuff I was looking at before I bought the ktm.
Cbr400 prices dropped about a grand. Decent ones were around for 3k. After the annoyance that is the ktm I should have bought one.

I'd be happy to buy that without viewing the bike. The guys garage floor is evidence enough its been in good hands.

Ford owner. That's a pass from me!
It's nice and all but I've sort of got a mental block about used bikes that they aren't worth more than £3k. The problem is with mint bikes is I want to use them and they soon won't be mint anymore.
It's why I bought the KTM, it wasn't mint and at the moment parts are plentiful and cheap to keep it running and I can modifify it to my liking.
Then again this is FANTASY ebay so what am I rambling about, just buy the fucker.

I made an offer not long ago on a Mito and never heard back - problem is my ebay account has no ratings AND I now have a non uk address so I must be sounding abit 'saudi prince'. I wouldnt reply to me either if I was the seller.
Space is also an issue - I'm already feeling guilty using up space in the old mans garage with the dirt bike so that has to go first. If anyone knows anyone interested in a mint cr250 mine is going.
