From Jennifer Arcuri getting public funds, through dodgy holidays, shady funding to decorate his flat and now lockdown parties, there is a sinister reluctance for the Met to investigate him for anything. If I accept anything more than a fucking lunchtime sandwich from any cunt then I need to declare it and would likely need to decline it. Could've been worse, if they'd been in Australia they'd probably have gone to jail!! On a side note, restaurants & pubs, cinemas, theaters etc to re-open in NL this weekend.....about time.....only until 10pm though. We were in Antwerp at the weekend, everything is back to normal there. Masks indoors but that's about it. |

Rees-Morgue looked rattled today. Kept banging on about the brilliant job Johnson has done as leader. Not sure if he was referring to the highest Covid death rate in Europe or the worst economic recovery of the G7. What's particularly dismal is the way they are allowed to blatantly lie unchallenged, particularly in the house of commons. There's literally no point when the integrity level flatlines at zero. |

Either/and one or more of the below:
1. Previous the MET have said nothing would go to court and be tried by a jury. Only fixed penalty notices would be issued if wrong doing was found.
Maybe there is something in the repost so serious that it must go to court. Therefore, publishing a report would be detrimental to finding a jury who havent read it or any media reporting it.
2. There are things in the report which say the MET officers were also breaking the law in what they did/covered up, and they want to protect themselves or sort that out in private. We wont know exactly what is being withheld. Along with other reports, like the Russia influence report, those extra details wont be published later. Or if they do, it will be in a year or two.
3. The MET say it does not want the report being published to prejudice their investigation. What has it being published got to do with it? They will have read it already whether its published to the public or not. Or are they going to find officers who havent read it to do the investigation. Very odd.
4. Corruption. Sounds like there is something serious in there but they dont want to prosecute, even a fixed penalty fine. If the report is published, the crimes will be in the open, and they will look incompetent/corrupt if they dont prosecute.
5. Something else.

As one who has a keen interest in politics it gets on my tits when you hear members of the public (polite term for half bred imbeciles) saying that politicians are all the same. Fucking bullshit, there are a lot of decent and honest ones, even some tories I may add, just not any of the current cabinet who are the instigators of all this current cuntfuckery. |

Covid has been the biggest joke ever for a week off in the civil service. Works a bit like this.......oh my husband has covid, need to isolate (no proof required). Oh, my child has covid, need to isolate (no proof required). Oh my other child has covid.....oh, I may have covid but I've sent off for a PCR test and have to wait....oh didn't have covid that time.....oh no may have covid again....oh no FINALLY GOT COVID (just before 28 day sick note thing runs out and once again no proof required) and off 28 days.
