As soon as the topic turned to PSBox 6 speed Thrustmasters you lost me!! ;-)
To add to my dream garage, I'd have a 70's classic but upgraded with modern suspension, brakes etc....

Got my synth thing yesterday. Really nice action, way better than my novation midi keyboard. Sounds are very realistic, especially the guitars which usually sound shit on synths.
Just got to figure out how to use the fucking thing now as there's a mind bending amount you can do as soon as you move away from the preset sounds.
Also getting stupid urge to find a Suzuki Goose even though I could have already got one instead of the VFR. Need more money and space like you Droog.
Oh yeah, want a cycloross bike as well.

I'm thinking about getting a lathe. But if I do that would prevent me buying a project bike. My father in law has a pretty well kitted out garage. If I hear about him offloading stuff I'll let you know. He#s got a lathe with a proper stand. Fukken heavy; I helped him pick it up, get it in and set up. I've got a lathe. It's a Mori Seiki 2 axis cnc. Unfortunately it belongs to my employers and i can't take it home at weekends

I installed 'Minesweeper' on my mobile the other day as bit of a laugh; I'd forgotten just how addictive this game is!

Me too. I went to the LeMans Classic earlier this year. It was absolutely roasting. Monkey bike in the car boot would have been the perfect accessory

You used to be able to pick them up cheap but they are silly money nowadays. A friend of mine had two he purchased brand new about 8 years ago. I'm pretty sure he never used them and they stayed in his front room. I'd buy a Chinese copy and see how much fun and use you can get out of it. If it's a lot than maybe go for a real one.

Having loved them forever I bought a 1970's Kawasaki Avenger A7. This was after selling most of my bikes and promising never to buy another. Seized it badly in the fast lane of the M25 and have been rebuilding the engine since. Found a lad with parts up North and he had one of the very early ones disassembled but restored and all parts necessary to finish and I bought it off him. I'm retired now so plenty to do this year.

Got myself a new arc welder. Absolute bargain. Infinitely Variable Step-less Output Rapid Setting of Output Current 85-250 amps Current Range 2mm - 9mm Approx Weld Thickness 2.5mm - 5.0mm Electrode Size Only paid £109 for it. On sale at Tool Station. Needs 20 amps so I will run an industrial 32 Amp plug on it and get another 50 amp MCB on the consumer unit and run some armoured cable to the shed. Will get a cheap gas less mig off of eBay also to do thin sheet metal that can be used on a 13 amp standard 3 pin plug for patching up cars and exhausts etc.
