Pol Asparagus has been kicked to the wildcard role. Wasn't expecting that. I thought Fernandez would get the boot.
I guess Pol has had his chances in Motogp and isn't going to advance the cause any further for KTM.

I get the feeling that Pol is more fucked than he is letting on.
That, combined with the fact that someone in KTM must me noticing that firing rookies after one (quite succesful) year is not a good brand image move probably led to Pol being the fall guy.
Miller is lucky to keep his factory ride IMO.

I'm trying to think of many races that Miller made progress through the field and didn't just go backwards.
If Pol didn't fuck himself I reckon he'd still be the one to go.
What are we waiting on now? Just who replaces Marquez at Repsol?

So Marini to HRC seems like a done deal. Not a bad choice for both parties IMO.
HRC get a rider capable of putting a prvately run bike on pole and on the podium, Marini gets a salary hike and a factory gig with a team with concessions. Everyone's a winner, except it seems DiGiannantonio... how can VR46 not be considering him to replace Marini?

Rossi probably egged Marini on for this move. If he goes ok on the Honda then Rossi will probably start going on about Marquez not being that good.
