Lastly, nother wrong with being in a studio with young women in yoga pants :-) Find the right spot and a nice veiw when bending over. That does sound quite appealing but you need to remember our collective advancing years. You can't very well blame impulsive yoga farts on the fat burd when you've sharted all down the back of your spandex leggings only for it to pool just above your pink glittery ankle warmers like a Lidl's value sausage on a tinsel doughnut. It's a nice thought but the reality would be quite different. There's no getting away from the fact that my libido isn't what it once was. To be honest it doesn't bother me, it's kind like falling off a runaway horse that you didn't know you were on. In my mind the class would be like a music video, but the reality would be it'd be like playing snooker with a piece of rope.

I sorted out a lot of knee pain when I simply walked more and did a few squats. My right side arse muscles were way weaker than the left side, probably because I had a couple of MTB accidents and didn#t get the muscles firing properly afterwards. Now I'm more balanced it's solved a bigger chain of problems.
The problem with cycling is that it's essentially sit down exercise and your hip flexors get tight. Another thing I've found helps with a couple of things is hanging from a bar. Helps your shoulders and it also helped stretch out my tight stomach muscles from too much desk work.

Funny you should say that ...
For the last few months I,ve been waking up with some pain in the joints of my fingers, not really sure why, but I've also noticed that much to my annoyance I make involuntary movements of my fingers during the day. I don't mean that I randomly flick the bird to people in a kind of mute Tourrett's fashion, just that when I use the mouse I make unwanted right clicks several times a day, it's a right pain in the arse seeing odd pop up menus appear all over the place. I hope its fucking not arthritis !

So, it turns out that I am a medical miracle.
Went to the doctor yesterday to get the results of my last MRI, and he starts telling me that there are some discs which show signs of wear / drying out and that I need to be careful with impact exercise, postures etc.
So I ask him about the herniated disc and he says that I don't really have one, just a few signs of wear. So I remind him that a few years ago he told me that it was really bad and that I'd almost certainly have to be operated and he looks at me like I'm crazy.
He looks through my file on the computer, finds my MRI from 2017 and opens it and says "wow, you're right, that was really bad, you are one lucky guy, sometimes we see natural improvements with time, but very exceptionally like this, you should buy a lottery ticket!"
Now I'm wondering if it was a mistake or something, maybe the MRI images got mixed up... not sure how to take it really.

I had severe leg injuries from a bike crash which included total rupture of the posterior cruciate ligament. That cunt's not going back without complete dismantling of the knee and some oxy-acetylene. I got a scan a few years ago despite previously being told the titanium rebuild would fuck up any scan. Doctor checked the scans and assured me my knee was all fine. "Really doctor? All cruciate ligaments where they should be?" "Oh aye, you're absolutely fine." He was of course a lying cunt. Don't trust the fuckers and scans aren't 100% reliable.

It's possible you are a mutant like Wolverine?
Years ago this dude I knew highsided his gixxer and it land on his wrist, mashing it. Initially the docs told him to learn to write with his other hand but somehow it all went back together and he got back on the gixxer less than a year later.

Doc was so impressed he said I should take a picture to show my mates. But I don't have any mates so I'll show you cunts instead. On the left my RMI from 2017, on the right from 2 weeks ago... supposedly.... Note the third disc up from the bottom of the image.

I can see the herniated disc on the one on the left, but I can also see a pair of tits. I think they fucked up and had the wrong scan in your file, Senor.
