Nah it was a decent ending to be fair...Don't see how it could have ended differently

Watched Parasite. Recommended but you have to pay attention all the time and not fuck about on your laptop due to the subtitles (unless you're a proper smart cunt and can speak Korean) We watched it last night. It's only just come to cable here because they were dubbing it into Spanish, but the voices just didn't match the setting so we watched it in Korean with subtitles after all. It was better than I expected. Really pretty good, but not as weird as I had been lead to believe.

Me and the Mrs had a spell watching some subtitled European stuff. There is plenty of quality out there.

Troll Hunter; not sure if everyone would class this as quality, but it is a highly entertaining, subtitled foreign film. Given the film's budget, the SFX aren't too bad and producers get the stunning Norwegian scenery for free! The story trundles along nicely and the film has a dark sense of humour... ... TROLLLL!

Troll hunter is superb. Proper exercise in making the food footage stuff good again.
I of course watched it before it was cool.

Hunter Killer: Gerard Butler drives a submarine and that's literally the only difference between this and every other Gerard fucking Butler movie.
It's Gary Oldman I'm mostly disappointed in. The money must have been belting.

My mate said Gérard Butler would have been superb as a Cannon films lead. I guess his brand of shit acting would have fit into Delta Force and thst sort of thing.

I'd forgotten about this thread!
I let my kids convince me that if I was cancelling my DAZN subscription, we could sign up to Disney+... Fair enough I suppose, it'll keep them occupied while we're locked down.
My youngest then talked me into watching the first episode of The Mandalorian with him (in case it was scary... it's on Disney+ FFS...) BUT, here's the shocker, it's quite good. I won't let him watch it without me now.
So for any sad Star Wars geeks who are really bored, I reluctantly recommend The Mandalorian.

Found out they're making a final series of Life on Mars, only the best British TV show ever. John Simm and Philip Glenister will be reprising their roles as Sam Tyler and Gene Hunt and it's the best fucking news I've heard this year.
So I've been bingeing on the original series' and I'm now on to Ashes to Ashes. They are as brilliant as ever and if you've never seen them, get on to iPlayer and treat yourself.

I've just watched Our Kind of Traitor.
It was okay I suppose. A bit silly. Probably best for a boring stuck in day.

Watched that new invisible cunt movie. Woman is stalked by an invisible cunt. It was actually quite good and didn't waste any time on the science of it.
Tbh I'd be up to funnier shenanigans that stalking someone if I was invisible.
