You'd think they'd buy morbidelli out and give someone with more fire a go.

I've recently read that both Dorna and Yamaha are really pissed off with Razali and basically blame him for Petronas taking their ball home.
So, next year RNF will:
1) Fire Razali and get a new team principle. 2) Fire Binder and Dovi and get two new riders (Rins?) 3) Get rid of Yamahas and go to Aprilia 4) Change their name.
But that will leave Leopard who wanted to be the Aprilia satelite team without bikes... enter Yamaha.
Toprak would potentially go to a Leopard Yamaha squad run by Lundberg (that's if Kenan lets him of course).

BT talk is Morbidelli may have a performance clause in his contract and may get the boot. QUITE RIGHT ! NO LOLLYGAGGING!
The boot list is now quite large according to the paddock gossip.
Rins and Mir have obviously lost jobs Morbidelli may have lost job or will lose job Oliveira may have lost job Pol seems to have lost job Miller has probably lost factory position but maybe not Ducati job. Vinales in danger of losing job Dovi and Binder not nailed on for jobs

Aleix wants 30% pay rise.
Jarvis wants Toprak on a satellite bike. Who will be running the satellite bikes if there are any?

Aleix wants 30% pay rise. Jarvis wants Toprak on a satellite bike. Who will be running the satellite bikes if there are any? Now that he is a regular podium finisher and a race winner on a bike that he has been helping to develop for the past 5 - 6 years, I don't blame him.

Will all Aprilia staff get a 30% pay rise now they are winning? Doubt it. There are more riders than seats at the moment. Does he get performance related pay like win/podium bonuses? Maybe they can put Vinales bonus pot into Espargaros, he doesnt seem to be using it.

aleix has made it pretty clear he wants aprilia to top up his pension pot. he has absolutely no offers from any teams in any championships. he isn't a sought after rider. he wants to do two more years with them on a whacking salary, then retire.

I agree about Aprilia and Aleix.
He thinks his stock has gone up because of the results, but Aprilia think that the stock of the bike has gone up more... the million dollar question (possibly literally) is will Rins be prepared to ride for less than Aleix?
Regardless, as Phil says there'll be a queue of riders at Aprilia's door willing to ride for less.
Aleix seems to be happy to walk away if the Aprilia deal doesn't fly. He'll go pro cycling anyway. I reckon most riders would rather retire on a high than drag it out like Rossi did anyway.

Aleix is too old to be a real, real pro cyclist. I doubt he's good enough to do grand tours and the like.

Could Rins do more on the Aprilia?…..obviously the team are looking to the future and Rins is only 26. He’s so inconsistent though. Can’t blame AEsp for asking for a pay rise given his results. When was the last time a ‘Priller was 2nd in the Championship?
What a about Miller….’Priller Miller ;-)

Remy Gardner already saying that if KTM don't renew his contract he'll look for a Superbike ride for next year. Looks like Fernandez might be a free agent too. You only get one season to prove yourself in Moto GP, if you don't shine you're Lecuona'd. Seems like Aldegeur was right to turn down his early Moto GP offers, but what if that was it, the one and only chance and he missed it? Difficult choices for young riders.
