I'm still very happy that we left the EUSSR and as yet there is no evidence to support any of the catastrophe predicted by Project Fear. I supported Brexit because I hate the EU and that I never saw anybody who could actually explain any benefit of being in the EU that justified the massive price we paid to be in. I also love the concept of the independent and sovereign Nation state that can throw out it's law makers when they fuck up unlike the EU. We are out now and are actually doing pretty well although we are seeing some expected teething problems that were always going to happen. If I never buy an EU product again or never set foot in the EU I won't lose any sleep, there is better available in the big world out there. I'm far more worried about the UK being run by this total cretin Johnson who will run the country into the ground and impoverish us all.

I agree with the last sentence. The rest is absolute tosh. How about backing up with factual evidence.

I see you've not lost any of your trolling skills Martin.
Personally, my job is significantly more difficult now. I don't need to repeat myself on that.
More generally, we've ripped up a free trade agreement with our nearest neighbours to pursue "better" arrangements with Australia. We've made foreigners feel extremely unwelcome in the UK. We've destroyed free movement for British people within Europe. We're barely out 5 minutes and raw sewage is already getting pumped into rivers. Migrants are drowning in the channel. Open racism is popular again.
It's a disaster.

To be fair to those who voted extraction, they wanted to see most of what you list in your post (although probably only a handful actually voted Brexit with the express intent to make your job more difficult), so in the eyes of the majority (allbeit a slight one) it isn't actually a disaster is it? Remember the Harry Enfield character "is that what you want? cos that's what´ll happen", and indeed it did.

Smug, arrogant and no intention of doing the job he is paid to do. I'd quite like to meet someone that votes for this shite.

Got any BMW's in your garage Mason? That's a very narrow minded attitude.
Bottom line is the referendum was instigated by Euro sceptics in the Tory party and not the public who were quite happy to accept the billions that was distributed to local projects throughout the UK. What happened to the 350m/week going to NHS. A crock of absolute shite.

Lord Frost resigns from the post Brexit talks so BJ replaces him with the highly intellectually challenged Liz fucking Truss 🤣🤣🤣
Comedy gold.

I'm still not sure that Johnson has an even worse appointment left in him. This is still a whopper.

Liz Truss does have a few gaffs in the past. Trying to defend some Tory policies must be a nightmare. She has been in charge of getting trade deals done with countries since. Most of these have just been signing rollover of the deal we had as part of the EU. There have been some new deals. She is probably the 'best' available. Hopefully she will be able to introduce some trusst into EU negotiations as Frost wasnt well thought of in the EU.
Talking of Rees-Mogg, he tweeted recently that he was going after Labour MPs who had campaigned for Remain post Brexit but were part of Leave voting constituencies. Then someone pointed out his constituency was Remain and we all know his stance, so he deleted that tweet. They voted him back in though.

I think Truss' appointment is going to wind up the backbenchers even more (ERG, Clean Global Brexit group etc). An ex-remainer in charge, they were gutted when Frost resigned. More food for them rebelling against BJ I think. He wont last much into 2022, but who would want to take charge at this time? Better to wait until 2023 when covid doesnt feature so much (hopefully).
I see BJ has to try and defend his party on the patio. It was a work meeting is the reply I've seen. What, you all drink wine whilst working?

The funny thing is, I was not that bothered by wine on the patio until you factor in that Mrs Johnson was there. They are running the country, nice day and free wine why not continue work discussions outside? How the fuck does Mrs Johnson get counted in there?

Seems it was a bring-your-wife-and-baby-to-work-day. Justice Secretary Raab said it was ok as they were all wearing suits. It was a works meeting. It was an after work drinks session after they had all been working very very hard. It isnt a public place. Mrs Johnson and baby live there. Strictly speaking they didnt break any laws at the time, but didnt follow the guidance. I dont think many professional companies would allow booze during working hours. Cameras are everywhere these days as practically every phone has one. There will be plenty more of this in the press, snap an MP for cash scandal

The funny thing is, I was not that bothered by wine on the patio until you factor in that Mrs Johnson was there. Is the reason that you weren't bothered not partly due to the fact that this is coming out now? Lockdown has been effectively over for months and so the impact of this is massively reduced. If these images were shown when we were all being told to stay the fuck away from each other or risk arrest, there would have rightly been total uproar. Bottom line is that the rules are for us plebs to follow. Isolation for the stupid masses while those cunts party and get fucking rinsed on wine that we've fucking paid for.
