I saw that. Camier was a rider in the period when I wasn't following SBK much, so I can't give an opinion on him, but it seems an odd move by HRC to put in someone with little or no management experience.

I always thought that Camier comes across very well. I remember talking to Twiggy about him a few years ago. He questioned his feedback to engineers qualities but rated his 'just rag it' skills. He'll be a great figurehead with solid tecky back up.

Always liked Camier. Had a ton of bad luck in his career. Any technicians who have worked with him have rated him highly for his feedback. I reckon he will make a good manager. He and Leon Haslam have never really gotten on so that dynamic will be interesting.

Apparently Haslam used to shit stir and tell Shakey's wife he was shagging about etc. as part of his 'mind games' in the mid 2000s in BSB. That's a bit of a cunt move consider his own supposed infidelities.
Camier was always fucked on the Aprilia. Never going to work when the bike is made for midgets. I couldn't believe the size of the fucking thing when I saw one for the first time.

They are, however, extremely narrow and even though I could get into a racing crouch, there is no way on earth that the fairing would be able to do it's |

As a rider I always rated him above Haslam, just never seemed to be on the right bike at the right time. I'm sure in his head he still thinks he's quicker than Haslam, interesting dynamic, yup. If it wasn't for all the cameras about could see him doing what KR did to Carter and Rainey once.
