From what I've read, sounds like he's tried to submit this fake licence to the DVLA to get additional entitlements added.
Daft bastard. Not like he's not the time and money to actually pass the real tests and probably turn it into a TV at the same time. Apparently he also sperged out a couple of times in court as well. No doubt this will come up when he's done. "Sorry Milord, my client is a full on sperglord and people with his conditions do these things"

My youngest brother was diagnosed with Aspergers late in life. I know 2 other people with it. They are all different and all capable of coping with life 90% of the time. But they ARE autistic, albeit at the lower end of the spectrum and they DO make very poor decisions a lot of the time. Guy Martin looks as much like an Aspie as any of them.

The case was brought because an Irish driving licence was submitted on Mr Martin's behalf to add the HGV entitlement to his UK licence, however it was a fake.
So who did the faking and why?

What a load of bullshit, its 2 different countries. He might have been taken in due to his condition, but it makes me wonder how many other UK HGV drivers are on the road illegally.

So Guy Martin can run his own TT efforts, he can take a engine to pieces, he can have a TV series and a successful career but suddenly we are supposed to be believe he is impaired enough to believe in Santa Claus and the driving licence fairy?
Fuck off with all this autism, aspergers, whatever end of spectrum stuff. I could get diagnosed with it I went to doctors as I have some obsessive or odd traits, in fact a while a go I did some online test and it said the same shit. Does it mean I can suddenly become a really daft cunt above the rule of law? If I didn't suffer from impulsive thrill seeking I'd have probably saved myself a lot of physical, financial and trouble with the law harm but hey-hey that's life. We are all odd in our ways. Everything needs an excuse now though.
