Why is Julian Simon riding the Milwaukee in place of Savadori?

Davies missing FP1 due to technical problems hasnt slowed him down much in superpole. Has he had enough time for setup to ensure the tyres last? Last year he won both races by 4 & 6 seconds.

Michael Guy's lisp is pissing me off. Why did he just attempt "synonymous"?

Nice race for the lead until Davies dropped it, both were trying hard. Anyone going to stop Rea this season, doubt it.

The only thing stopping Rea is going to be Rea. Melandri appears to be Melandri 0.75 rather than 2.0 and Davies needs to stop falling off. Sykes is just wing man.
The only person I'm really impressed with is Fores. Hard to tell with everyone else as technically if you're not a Ducati or Kawasaki they you're making up the numbers.
The series needs a technical maker to save it and needs it now. Clearly nobody wants to throw serious factory money at it apart from two teams so why not knock the horsepower down save the racing? I REALLY don't want to watch the same people on the podium and a loads of other teams just turning up for the experience.

After Melandri's years in the wilderness then having a year off I didn't expect him to be as close to the leaders as he has been so far.

Finally Rea is beaten.
Still waiting for killer Melandri to replace this new, settle for podium Melandri.

One of the race leading WSS Yamaha guys appeared to be dangling both his legs going into some corners; looked very odd

One of the race leading WSS Yamaha guys appeared to be dangling both his legs going into some corners; looked very odd I noticed that too....weird...it was Mahais or Morais I think....shame Smith binned it. Rea already 50 points up on Davies. JR is so consistent and very rarely makes a mistake, can't see beyond him for a comfortable title.

Excellent racing from MotorLand Aragon; maybe the Chang International Circuit in Thailand produces shite racing?
Davies was fortunate to avoid any serious injuries to his wedding tackle in race one!
Any news on Sofuoglu's injuries? Nothing mentioned on the WSB website apart from that he was taken to the medical centre.

I thought Davies was going to bin it in R2 as well towards the end. After last years domination he must be disappointed about not making up ground on Rea.
Great WSS race, shame Smith came unstuck. 'glu unlucky to get another 0. With Yamaha seemingly the only big spender on new 600 models it looks like they have another winning bike, although reading up on it the engine is basically unchanged from 2016. The new model has a new fairing, brakes, suspension and electronics, most of which will be ditched on the WSS bike.
