Love him or loathe him, Salmond was a huge if sometimes controversial figure in Scottish politics....but I don't think he looked after himself very well, the last pictures I saw of him he looked a lot heavier than a few years ago. |

Salmond was a big, fat sex pest but probably the most significant Scottish politician of my lifetime. A brilliant orator, a formidable political opponent and captured the imagination of 45% of the country. The other 55% are Rangers supporting, flag shagging, cap doffing, boot licking, Royal worshipping servants to the fucking empire.
But aye, sex pest.
