Ken Buchanan. Former world punching champion. Not a big boxing fan but this guy was something special. Won his titles away from home too. Top man.

Barry Humphries. He gave us Dame Edna Everage and Sir Les Patterson.
I heard a story many years back that on a flight, he secretly put coleslaw in a sick bag. Later with people next to him he pretended to be sick into the bag, then got a fork out and ate it to the horror of those around him.

She went past nutbush city limits. Hell of a career.
Don't forget everyone's favourite stylophone perv Rolf Harris.

I don't know. My mother is 80 and pretty fucked now. Step dad is 89 and has more wrong with him than right.
We aren't made to run forever. 83 is enough given what I've been witness to the last few years.

Tina Turner's resurgent 'second' career in the 80s was unprecedented. A survivor of domestic abuse, she became a role model for women globally. She was so much more than just the music, a genuine legend.
Sad news about Rolf. I'm going to the karaoke tonight to do Two Little Boys as a tribute to the multi-talented antipodean nonce.

I forgot the ;-) My Mum is 84 in October, she's doing fine even with Parkinsons but I might have a different opinion if/when I reach that age...I suppose it depends on the state of your physical and mental well-being. Back to Tina....a true survivor, great voice and her 2nd music career was way more successful than her first. Nice set of pins too ;-)
