Had a work survey and the results are in.
People in work, on site, 5 days a week......2%
WFT? No wonder there are massive backlogs but every cunt is claiming their right to work from home even though a lot of the stuff requires people to physically be in. The trouble is all the managers have fucked off and don't want to tell people otherwise in case they get questioned. All the WFH cunts get given all the easy stuff and basically if you come into work you're a mug. The only reason I'm doing it is overtime has a requirement you're on site all week.

We were capped at 30% occupancy but were running at around 16% (lots of staff have left NL and since the pandemic started gone back to their country of origin....which is allowed...as long as it's an EU country (or EPC, which includes the UK). Last Friday we were told that the occupancy is now 0% except essential staff, so I've been WFH this week and it's shit. Less movement and not enough activity, even at the Office I walk about to see colleagues, climb flights of stairs every day...makes a difference. I have to go on tomorrow to pickup some stuff so will try and stretch it out to 8 hours!!
And before you come to the Office you have to take a self test...vaccinated or not...although it's not being policed.

I like going to work. I wouldn't mind doing 5 days but I'm on three at the moment. I like the quieter roads though.
Generally, yeah people voting with their feet.
