Prpme example - job at my place.2019 job got 96 applicants. 2021 job got 15.
This isn't all Brexit and immigrants going home.

I'd tend to agree to a point but I think you have to factor in that a lot of young people and adults are wanting to earn a wage from home. Where I work now is well paid but physically hard and monotonous work. We see people show up and then they are gone within a hour or so.
