This deserves a trip to the top step of the podium.

I hope Brookes does the treble and makes a mockery of the showdown. Got the feeling we are about to see a proper injustice this season.

I should maybe think about it. My lad still hasn't watched any bike racing.

Ha! Josh Brookes fastest.
Could this really be the greatest racing troll job of all time?

Fuckin hilarious if it is. Even if Brookes does win all 9 remaining races O'Halloran would have to drop form, he has won 11 of 24 races so far.

O'Hallaron just needs to play safe and stay out of trouble. Maybe easier said than done. Stay away from Andrew Irwin and he should be ok

That crafty Mackenzie. Good job The O Show had some podium points.
Brookes looking handy but he's massively behind including podium points.

Good race. Impressed with Taz after Jason crashed. He dug deep and got the full bag of points. Josh could still steal this though.

Taz should be 81 points behind but the showdown says 5.

MacKenzie is a bit of a cunt on track. Think he robbed Jackson of a possible podium there.
Bridewell only 9 points behind now. Bizarre that he suddenly found massive form on this track. Hope he can continue it.

Traditional points scoring system - all rounds matter
Jason O'halloran 464 Tarran Mackenzie 390 Tommy Bridewell 359 Christian Iddon 312 Peter Hickman 269 Josh Brookes 226 Danny Buchan 218 Bradley Ray 214 Glenn Irwin 213 Lee Jackson 190
Usual caveat, they wouldnt have raced the way they did in the early rounds if they knew all rounds matter. But this is getting fuckin ridiculous.

Stunning rides by Bridewell Sunday. Thought he had fucked it up running through the chicane but what a recovery. I cant recall a dodgy pass at all. 2 dodgy passes by MacKenzie, sent Iddon straight on at Shell Oils and gave Jackson no room at T1. Whit seemed to think Jackson could have backed off but by the time MacKenzie was alongside it was a bit late for that and he got his handlebar knocked. His 3s penalty was for contact causing the other rider to crash. Iddon was lucky/skillful he didnt crash.

First off, Tommy Bridewell, fucking hell, what a stonking ride. Not renowned for his starts but he just was on it. First lap the guys behind were battling and let him get away but he was relentless. Well pleased for Tommy, you can't help but like the guy. I hope he wins it now and only 9 points back so well possible. Mid race there was a bit of a rain shower and even then Bridewell kept the pace going. Respect. The spots of rain got inside Tarran's head cos he had his hand up a couple of times, it came to nothing but seemed to make him desperate after Jason crashed and he saw potential championship points swing. He really was over the top i believe, a bit like his old man with the ruthless moves. You need that to win titles but you don't win friends and he had plenty of apologising to do post race. Great race though.
