The left doesn’t even attempt to hide their hypocrisy in everything they say! What more proof is needed that ‘Leftism’ is a mental disorder that is rampant amongst the self-proclaimed educated elite in the West.
An example is my wife’s Niece, she went to uni and became an avid Vegan, and any fucker that disagreed was a horrible murdering’ cruelty supporting racist, bigoted’ knuckle dragging war monger! And then she met a lad that was a manager of a McDonalds outlet, and overnight she became a carnivore who just wanted to go out and save the world from racists and bigoted ignorants who are well below her degree in ‘The social effects of soap operas’ or whatever.
She now seems to think that people hold her in respect for her views and forget that she about turned on her so called high moral principles because she fancied some Lad that held other views, but the truth be known, she is seen as a hypocritical spoiled brat in need of a slap into reality.

Why isn't your wife's niece also your niece Slopey? Are you married to your mum's sister or something? We have enough proof that lefties are halfwits, You can stop providing it now.
BTW, you do realise that term you keep using "slopehead" is in fact a racist slur given to some Asians by White supremists?

In the week leading up to his party, 48 new cases were reported on the island through Saturday, double the prior week. The number of cases has risen every day since then, with six Sunday, seven Monday, 10 Tuesday, 13 Wednesday, 18 Thursday and 20 Friday. Then 74 the week after. Thats what you would expect after the state (Massachusetts) reopens its businesses. The guests had covid tests before attending the party, held in a big tent. I bet the locals have been visiting restaurants and bars since restrictions were lifted. It was a bit like that here with the spike after the Euros football in the UK. Then a drop, another smaller rise and now rates are dropping again. Around here anyway. The Poole/Bournemouth/Christchurch area has a high rate of cases at the moment, but just 31 in hospital. I've been vaccinated, still dont want covid, but have been going to restaurants and cafes recently. Sitting outside to minimise risks. The Daily Fail forgot to mention that: www.mass.gov/covid-19-updates-and-informationAs of May 29, all remaining COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
Mask requirements remain in place in certain spaces.
The State of Emergency ended June 15.In the week before the party: vineyardgazette.com/news/2021/08/09/covid-cases-creep-upwards-againThe Martha’s Vineyard Hospital has not reported a new Covid-19 hospitalization since last spring.

At least we now also have more asylum seekers. Thanks Biden.
I wonder how much has been spent by the West on Afghanistan?

At least we now also have more asylum seekers. Thanks Biden. I wonder how much has been spent by the West on Afghanistan? Put it this way, Trump loaded the gun, Biden pulled the trigger, but a bit prematurely I'd say. Trump was all about kicking ass and showing his power. That turned to pulling out of TPP trade deal, pulling out of conflicts abroad (Syria & Afghanistan etc), pulling out of/reducing funding to NATO, pulling out of Paris climate change policies, in favour of home grown Make America Great Again rhetoric. He wanted to stay in power and concentrating on the US and fuck everyone else was his moto. This site seems an independent impartial one, nothing in the way it is written to suggest left/right bias and gives a timeline. www.cfr.org/timeline/trumps-foreign-policy-momentsSeptember 8, 2019 Taliban Talks Canceled February 29, 2020 U.S.-Taliban Agreement www.cfr.org/backgrounder/us-taliban-peace-deal-agreement-afghanistan-warMarch 2020, Trump signed a deal to pull out all troops (US and other nation's including UK's) by May 2021. It doesn't sound like the ceasefire had been total, there was still fighting going on. The last 2 major cities the Afgan's threw in the towel. Maybe Trump would have fought back on behalf of the Afgan government, maybe he wouldn't. The West has spend 20 years in Afghanistan. The Russians spent 9 years in the 80's fighting in Afghanistan before giving up. It all kicked off after they left, so no surprise thats happening again. I think even if the Taliban had more peaceful in their takeover then once back in power the oppressive rule will return. Cross fingers for the Afgans it doesnt and the rest of the world that it doesnt become a breeding ground for terrorism again.

Biden has reversed a vast amount of Trump's policy with executive orders. I think he put through the most ever used in such a short time period or something. He could have reversed this.
You don't even need a single breeding ground for terrorism. In Pakistan only 28% of people view the Islamic State in a negative way. You have to kill the idea not the people.

Some confusion here. You seem to acknowledge that the withdrawal was a Trump policy but you're happy to use it for a spot of Biden bashing. As ever we're all suddenly foreign policy experts. What if Biden had reversed this decision and started sending thousands of troops back into Afghanistan? Would you be congratulating him or calling him a senile old cunt? Also, what did Trump promise the Taliban when they met and how did the Taliban suddenly become so militarily powerful following that deal? If Biden reneged on Trump's deal with a now very heavily armed Taliban with massively depleted US and British forces left to defend their bases, what kind of situation would we be looking at now? Biden was in a lose-lose situation with this and it was a mess that he didn't make. And don't forget that the UK has had a part to play in this too. It's been a clusterfuck from day 1.

Just like Iraq, Libya, Syria etc...It's ironic that the people in these counties were probably "better off" under their respective Dictators than they are now.
