Watched T2 Trainspotting last night and in my opinion it is a waste of time. Not so bad that it will tarnish your memory of the original but if presented with the opportunity to view it, don't bother. I would rate it 4 out of 10. Doss cunt!

Watched on Saturday night and as you say it's a bit of waste of time. The slow versions of all the original music lent the movie a terrible melancholic feel and I found the whole thing vaguely depressing. There was more hope in heroin addicts who 'may' get off the junk than the reality of what really happened.
The general feel of the movie made you feel that 40-50 years had passed and everyone was literally moving on to die or something, their lives now done with everyone in their 40s. That's it boyos, life is done for us.
Ok, there were a few ok set pieces but it was like 1/4 trainspotting, 1/4 terminator, 1/4 nostalgia and 1/4 melancholy. It was almost like a spare ideas for T1 deposit box. Last of the Summer Wine for jocks.
