I've just discovered AliExpress. I had heard of it before but never looked at it or used it until this evening. Can't believe how cheap it is. They appear to have everything. I managed to find the electrical connector for the VVT solenoid on my car there for £6 delivered! I broke one of mine and had to resort to crimping on some terminals to each pin and a block connector as a bodge. Been ringing around breakers for the past month but they wanted mental money for one.

Used to get fake lego off there, some was really good quality and quarter of the prices. You can find some utterly bizarre shit like Ghosts and Goblins converse high tops... Yes the capcom arcade game.
Loads of weird sex toys on their as well.

Got a set of nice adjustable levers for the aprilia 125 off Ali.
Have to get orders in. By the 1st og April, no more £30 tax free limit here in Norway, effitivly stopping Ali, Banggood and Ebay small puchases

I fucking love Droog. Because I can't get DAB radio in our cars, and because council radio is so poor, my solo driving entertainment is podcasts. I had been using my lads old iPod but then disaster, the cable topped itself. A replacement was proving challenging to find. I got one from a UK supplier but it didn't work. I then recalled this thread. It took a bit longer to arrive but it works and I am happy again. The cable came from China of course. I wonder if there might be some import restrictions coming? Hang on. Maybe Droog is patient zero after all? |
