Right. After what must be 20 years I've finally told Virgin to stick their cable up their hoop. £82 a month was not value for what I was using. However, I've been using the easy comfort blanket of cable supplied TV and internet that I have no clue what the alternatives are. So, in keeping with tradition, I'd like you cunts to solve this for me.
Some Context.
I don't watch much TV and would be content with freeview channels.
I've been used to a very good internet service and would prefer more of the same
I don't have an external aerial. I could fit one in my loft but I'd rather not be fucked. I've tried desktop aerials before (in analogue days) but they didn't work well in my gaff. Is a modern digital signal more likely to work with this kind of set up?
I'm not getting Sky.
Can I get all my TV via the internet? It's almost 2020 after all.
I'm not terribly concerned about legality.
Hit me up.

I use Titanium TV. Put the app on my phone and stream to my various televisions. Never had anything but joy from it.

What a fucking shitshow. I bought an internal aerial to get freeview. Hopeless. So then I bought a proper aerial and spent a day crawling over the beams in the loft to install it. Still fuck all. The houses behind mine must be blocking the signal. No chance I'm going anywhere near the roof.
So then I got the internet in, bought a firestick, loaded Kodi on it and paid for VPN vanish so I can be naughty in peace. Still getting used to it. Seem to have a fuckload of movies including all the latest releases however I'm struggling to find live TV on it. There are however loads of films with mucky ladies in if I get bored. Seems ok so far.

Kodi still has the problems that they all seem to have in that eventually the repository you're using will go down and then you have to find another. I'm using Exodus on Kodi and Typhoon TV on Android. I was using TeaTV but that's gone down and also some of the stream suppliers got shut down. Fucking film industry shutting pirate streams down - the cunts. This is good site if you like to follow the legal whatnots of pirating torrentfreak.com/

elnoodle the reasonable, I've heard that you should get a 4k Firestick, 'jailbreak' it and put a Diggz' build on it. I've got no idea what that means but youtube might help.

Not sure a 4K stick is necessary for my 15yr old telly. Followed a YouTube video and loaded kodi with a xanax build and VPN vanish. Tbh I don't know anything about those words. I just followed basic instructions and now I'm watching Joker in my living room. Dr Sleep next. Might knock one out before bed. Happy days.

I think the 4k might be quicker and a general upgrade.

Thing is Eddie, the burd in Tesco said if I didn't have a smart TV (which I don't) then a 4k (which is clever talk for 4000) stick (not actually a stick) would be fuck all use to me. Now, I'm not particularly renowned as an expert judge of character but she was fat as absolute fuck so I instantly determined that she was a prime source of TV knowledge. Someone who's wisdom should be heeded. A sloth ninja if you will. She knew her lazy shit.

Download Live Lounge from here: i4apps.co.uk/downloads.html I use that sometimes and it has live TV channels. Also has live sport TV channels.
