After 10 years of Tory austerity, begging for food has finally been normalised in British society. Hurrah! And the beauty of modern Tory poverty is that you don't even need to be homeless or unemployed to join in. Literally anyone can now knock their cunt in all week down the factory or hospital and still have fuck all to feed their kids with at the end of it. Double hurrah! No one can say the Tories haven't united the people.
So, at this time of year your thoughts might turn to wrapping your sausage in raw bacon and tossing it at a homeless or hanging around the job centre asking if anyone wants to pull your cracker and win a pearl necklace. Or you may prefer the simplicity of chucking a packet of dried stuffing into the food bank basket in Tesco and I would urge you to do so if you can spare it. However, please don't forget toiletries. Toilet paper, shampoo, female sanitary products (fanny pads, Eddie) are all items that few people think of donating but are desperately needed. Stick it on your shopping list. Or if you're struggling to spare a bit of cash, a wee bit of creative budgeting can help. Go for the Veuve Clicquot Yellow label instead of the '88 Krug brut. You'll be too pished to notice the difference anyway.

If I was prime minister I would add a £1 mandatory charitable deduction from every monthly pay slip or £12 per P45 to prevent fuckers dodging it by being paid weekly. The payer could chose between homeless, children, elderly, hospice, former servicemen, miscellaneous or animal welfare every year. That way you bin off children in need sentimentality and if you give change to tramps you do so safe in the knowledge it is being spent on booze or drugs.

What, like a kind of tax on income that's used to provide for those in dire straits? A state of welfare if you will?
It'll never catch on.

Gets right on my tits if I'm giving some change to a homeless and some utter bawbag chimes in "don't give him money, he'll only spend it on drugs..." "HE'S LIVING ON THE FUCKING PAVEMENT. I'D SPEND IT ON FUCKING DRUGS IF I WAS HIM YOU HOOFWANKING BUNGLECUNT!"
