He is 14 and ideally I would like him to give it a go but he gives up on anything he isn't an instant expert on. It's a real issue. I don't want to get stressed so I would probably take him along but as an observer. If he wants to give it a go he can. But this is more about me and getting away for a rare weekend to do something stupid. Have a few beers and some fun. I've no intention of getting competitive as that costs too much money. The pit bikes on tarmac is my back up option as that is relatively cheap and quick to arrange.
