There are only 3 bikes I would want more than one of those. John Kocinski's 1990 YZR250. Wayne Rainey's YZR500 1992 and Haga's 1999 YZF750 OW02 R7.

If I owned that bike I would literally go bald to have a hair transplant, grow an odd beard and slap italians in the face. Chances of owning that bike are pretty much nil though.
If I had a top 3 of unobtanium bikes or near as damn it these days with would be
1. Max's 250
2. An NR750 as literally ever bearded fucker at the bike spot would drool over it.
3. A Late 90s ZX7R WSB machine. Odd choice I know but they always looked like they would kick your fucking teeth in. As a road bike they were a bit fat but pared down to race spec they'd be awesome.
Wildcard - A decent RGV250 with RG500 engine conversion. Probably very hard to find one that does what people think it would do.

I'd take that RGV, create a V4 bottom end and graft 4 cylinders to it!
