www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-57047907This is quite a good analysis of the election results. It shows that the share of seats won is a fairly accurate reflection of vote share, demonstrating that the slightly convoluted voting system actually works quite well. I've checked it for big words and it's completely safe for Brexitwat Gammonistis to have a brave little go at reading it on their own (unlike those beastly manifestos).

Five of us voted last week. The parent's in law both voted A. I voted B. Son voted C. Daughter voted D. A won. I don't like parties agreeing not to contest certain seats because its undemocratic and Farage, cuntish. My system is points based. Every candidate gets something. You vote positively = 2 points, indifferently =1 point and negatively = -1 point. You can vote positively only once. When it is all shaken out, you'd probably get a fairer outcome. But some cunts wouldn't cope with it.

Fucks sakes you really have turned into a cross between Herman Goering and Owen Jones!

"Barnier calls on France to ‘suspend immigration’ for up to five years"
One of the key basis of the EU is freedom of movement and turning a blind eye to illegal immigration! Now France is being torn apart at the seams, with senior military members warning of civil war in France, it seems the building blocks of the EU are crumbling.

He means non-EU immigration... And to do that you need to curb freedom of movement. EU freedom of movement isn’t being curbed for EU citizens...he’s talking about a moratorium on non-EU immigrants who have never had “freedom of movement” into the EU. That being said, there is a certain irony to his comments....

Michel Barnier: Les Républicains party member, who are the 2nd largest party in the French parliament behind Macron's party. He was the EU's Brexit negotiator. From January he was the EU president's (Ursula vd Leyen) special advisor on ratifying the trade deal with the UK. Now he wants to return to French politics. He fancies a shot of being the president of France in the elections next year. His party haven't nominated a candidate yet, the current one is saying he doesn't want to stand. To put himself in the spotlight for this, he did an interview on French TV a few days ago, linking the rise of terrorist networks in France with immigration flows. Barnier has also been saying the EU needs to take notice of what has happened with Brexit, the rise in the popularist vote. Quite right too. The EU marching towards a federal state is ott (I think they are having a rethink on that already, vd Layen anyway), more of a reformed EU to the old common market please. We should have stayed in and pressed ahead for that, then we could still be part of it and not on the outside. I've had a look through some French online newspapers, Le Figaro and Le Monde, little written, they had a clip of that TV interview. This seems to summarise what he said: www.politico.eu/article/michel-barnier-french-borders-shut-pledge/

You can still have freedom of movement and some sort of border control. The UK had freedom of movement but wasnt in the Schengen area. From what I've read, he said he wants to tighten external border control of the EU, not internal borders and putting back up border posts. The Barnier interview was in French of course, so I didnt listen to that.

Should be renamed Farage's second go at fucking off to America Tour. He failed the first time, he told everyone he was leaving the UK and moving across the pond.
