I was in zombie mode this morning and possibly went through a cam a little fast. It's a truvello d cam, so no visible flash anyway but is a forward facing one.
Would they bother going full CSI for 36mph? I'm hoping they just see pic with no plate and don't bother taking it any further.

According to speed cameras.com you will hear within 14 working days if you’re being prosecuted.
Still, i suppose it’s better than being sat in the back of a jam sandwich getting grilled and breathalysed.

Just wondered if anyone has had a definite case where they've been over and got away with it? On the FAQ on one speed camera website it said that motorcycles cannot be identified from front facing cameras. Googling it seems the only people that have been done were serial offenders and idiots doing stuff like one handed wheelies giving the finger, which lead to them paying a bit more attention and cross referencing CCTV, bike DVLA records etc.
Hopefully it'll just get filed under not worth persuing.

All them plod you don't see anymore must be doing something. Honestly, I think you'll be okay but they might keep a folder of people they don't bother with ready to see if anyone is taking liberties, then they might go CSI.
