By eck that was right crash for Toprak. Thought he was about the hit that sticking about bit with his body and bent like a paperclip around it. Luckily it was his back hump that seemed to take the hit.
I guess we will have to wait for the medical centre report but he did walk to the ambulance. Very lucky boy.

He got with away punctured lung. Could have been so much worse. Apparently Melandri has been vocal for years about that barrier being dangerous. Lucky lad but out for the weekend at least.
Race 1 was calamitous due to the pishing rain. Best result for Toprak with his teammate winning and rivals not scoring (apart from Bautista)

Well the 2nd main race was certainly rubbish after Lowes dropped back. Bulega could have made massive inroads into Toprak if he'd not fallen off in race 1.

Its a track I always like. Lovely long curves, tight and twisty bits - something for everyone apart from those viewing in person.

Attrition round. Alex Lowes was fucking awesome in race 2, 19th to 4th is some going.
Supersport race 2 was excellent too. Fantastic ride from Tom Booth Amos
