Mandatory insurance....even if you just store the bike.

This is happening in the EU. Why I'm, not sure, like most things of this nature the logic just isn't really there but they do it anyway because the EU is so democratic.

Imagine having a collection of bikes and suddenly you have insure every last one of them. Cunts.
