Well I must say Rhyl is up there. Not sure if there was anything redeeming about it in any way.

I spent 13 years working away across England & Scotland and stayed in some roughish places but cannot name a stand out shit hole, had the most aggravation in Aldershot with the squaddies and the brave hearts in Scotland but my old workmate is adamant that Merthyr Tydfil is the worst he's seen.
