Well Bautista isn't leading so that's something. I guess this is one of Rea's best chances for redemption.
Redding only 12th and Sykes 6th. Not a good look.

I fancy Brad to score well this weekend. He goes well at Donington and is slowly getting to grips with wsb electronics. Alex will likely crash again. Tom will qualify well but fade. Scott will mid pack, blame BMW and shake his head continuously so that fans understand that his brilliance is being hampered by the bike. Next year Toprak will on it and Scott will blame the rider weight inequality. How daft is that moustache?

The curse of pantah. Nil points for Ray. Jesus decided Gerloff needs to make him pay for his sins.
I'm not sure Tophat can make the BMW do anything more than it's already doing. Sykes is a Donington specialist and didn't do anything special on it. As long as Bautista is on that Ducati then it's game over.
Toseland was saying it's £40k road bikes vs £20k road bikes but who's fault is that? Pretty sure the S1000M or whatever it's called is about £32k. The road bike base never really mattered that much in the past, look at the RC45 not a great bike really in stock form, think how fat a ZX7R was in road form. Even the Aprilia V4 was nothing like it's unobtanium fitted factory race bike. All they have to do is retain road geometry and fairings?
Ducati are on a rampage in bikes this year though. Rampaging in BSB, WSB, WSS and Motogp.

If it wasn’t for that pesky Gerloff 😁 First 8 laps were amazing then Bautista showed his class again. I guess we should celebrate his brilliance on the best bike.

Lovely to see Redding fighting in race two.

At least bautista was kept a more honest on day 2. Nasty looking accident for Rinaldi though. Seems his head has gone as the pressure to keep the factory ride mounts.
I think Rea has had his time in the sun unless Kawasaki massively overhaul the zx10rrrrrrsssssppppp

The sprint race was brilliant and good to see Toprak halting the wee Spaniard’s dominance. Race 2 was again exciting, initially at the front, can’t believe the shapes Toprak was making and not crashing, but the surprising race was for 4th between Rea and Redding. Full marks to Scott and it crossed my mind that the BMW was exceptional on the brakes and seemed to like getting muscled about. Maybe not such a daft move for the Turkish stoppie king after all.

Its problem seems to be a bit drive related and tyre life related
