Ever get stuck in one?
I'm trying to cancel my step dads health insurance with Aviva. YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL BY PHONE!! After google the cancellations number, I ring it only to find it's much like the normal number and I need to select about 5 option to actually get to cancellations. Cancellation says 10 min wait. 50 mins later they've not answered. Contact via email and they then advise I should ring this number to get through to health insurance cancellations.....IT'S THE SAME FUCKING NUMBER!!!!

I've just had the same shit trying to advise my car insurers i'm not renewing, nothing on their website to give you the not renewing option so you have to ring up.....wouldn't take the straight decision....why are you not renewing....what is your quote from another insurer....lets see if we can match it......NO NO NO LISTEN TO WHAT I'M SAYING for fucks sake. now had an E-mail asking me to rate their service, the cheek of it.

Now I'm stuck in the DVLA loop. Trying to sorn my mum's car but it keeps saying the number off the v5 can't be recognised. It's all automated so you get nowhere and it must asks you to start again.
Try to talk to a human and apparently due to the volume of calls they are unable to speak to anyone right now. Fuck me.
