Career criminals get injured in the act of committing a crime and get off then launch civil claim to get rich, sorry, for "loss of earnings"!!.
Fuckers got what they deserved and I hope any claim is thrown out of court.
Thing is, if he hadn't gone after them and just reported it to the Police they'd most probably have done fuck all about it.

However, if the home owner hadn't have gone after the burglars and knocked them off the bike, he wouldn't have gone to jail, lost his job or a baby! Would I have protected my family and home? Absolutely! Chase after these wankers and knock them off a bike, thereby putting myself and others in danger? Fuck no! The police may not have done anything about it, but there's a bigger picture that he should've considered... call them, log an incident and supply CCTV is available.
BTW, this didn't make me angry. |
