I had to look this up after receiving a promotional email from The Range. Apparently it became popular after an episode of Parks and Recreation aired about 10 years ago.
Another excuse for shops and organisations to screw more money out of the gullible who can't afford it! My wife and I don't even do St. Valentine's Day, so why on earth would we ever consider this?
