Petrucci is on his way by most accounts.
S.Lowes will smash himself to bits in Moto2 IMO.
DiGiannantonio looked like he was waivering a few weeks ago.
Do you count the high flyers of Moto2 a MotoGP rejects?
I can see Canet and/or Vieti going that way. Not enough seats for everyone and lots of them are already earmarked. Ogura, Acosta and Dixon, for example are pretty much assured MGP rides, the rest must be looking at Supers.
Despite Dorna's best attempts, Spanish riders still resist the WSB path, the Brits and the Italians seem to be more willing still.

The drive to produce talent has been too successful. Too many riders and not enough rides I guess.
I wonder if Marquez would ever consider WSB?

Not until he's topped Rossi title haul, i reckon his motivation right now is to prove he can win it again and get ahead of 46, and if Honda don't produce he'll be off to another seat. Corporate dedication won't come into it with that carrot dangling in front of him. |
