75 points left. 2 points in it. What do you reckon?
This could be the first Japanese success in a long time. Seems a long time since we had Uedas,Harada, Abe and many other notable riders. Kato was the last real rising star they had? I know Taka is in Motogp but he only had 2 wins in Moto2 and never set the world alight.

Regardless of who wins Moto2, Ogura is the real winner by not having to go to MotoGP on a shitty Tech3 KTM.
Ogura gets extra points for having declined the rise to MotoGP in 2023 to give HRC an extra year to sort their shit out. There ain't half been some clever bastards.
But or what its worth, I think Fernandez will clinch the title this year, dunno why, probably because he's Spanish....

So if Augusto wins this weekend in Sepang the title is his, even if Ogura is second. He doesn't have a great record at Sepang though, his best result being 11th in 2019...

Augusto in front of Ogura in the dry FP1 and the wet FP2... the writing's on the wall I tell ya.

He needs to play the points a bit better than last weekend and let Acosta or whoever go if it comes to it.

So if Augusto Ogura wins this weekend in Sepang the title is his, even if Ogura Fernandez is second. ftfy. Ogura on pole. He has been on pole twice before, and won both.

It would be his first win at Sepang though. Still, it looks like it'll be closer than I first thought!
