Not good. Not confirmed, but talk is that it is the same guy who tried to stop the rider for exiting pit lane. Got the boot from CIP and works for Biagga now.

It wasnt just a small kick up the arse was it.
As some of the comments mentioned, the other mechanics didnt really react to that, as though that behaviour wasn't out of the ordinary. How does that behaviour stay secret for so long, and why has the video surfaced now?
Someone has reposted the video with the brightness turned up and you can see the force behind subsequent kicks and blows.

Apparently it was mcphees crew chief and he's not sacked. I wonder if this starts a #metoo movement leading to the uncovering of a Jimmy savile kingpin of the paddock.
