Could be one of those pivotal rounds. If Baggsy only get another 5 points on FQ I don't think he'll do it. Likewise if he falls that's it.

AE probably had that Lorenzo Assen warrior energy for Silverstone. Once that's worn off its back to pain.

Could be on for thunderstorms Saturday & Sunday afternoon to liven things up, although forecasts vary.

I'm hoping Fabio gets battered by Ducatis this round. Just to keep it interesting. Then again if he didn't get battered at RBR then he'd good anywhere I guess. I don't think challenge is from Aleix going forward.

Marquez back for testing, I wonder if he’ll race this year?….not for points but fitness.

6 Ducs and 1 Aprilia in front of FQ on the grid. Gonna be a long race for him I reckon.

Nah, I reckon he'll be quite aggressive early doors and get rid of at least 3 by lap one.
Thought all the qualifying and practice has been boring. Everyone is so planted now.

I thought Miller's situation being dumped by Ducati was a little harsh, but after today Bastianini getting the gig looks sound.

As, Sasaki out early but a great M3 race. M2 back to being strung out againg. MGP, Was actually rooting for Vinales, but Bags was strong today.
Last race for Dovi. Suzuki nowhere, i wonder if Rins is just riding. KTM a complete disaster really, but knowing them, they willl keep on what they think is best, riders inn and out and will only win if it rain with BB.

Not a good day for the UK contingent. Whatley first to be cursed crashing on the sighting lap... McPhee top 10 at least though and he beat his team mate! Rough day for Sasaki, he looked well pissed off.
Does anyone know what's happening next year with MLav's team for 23? I assume they will continue in the championship, but any news on riders? Ogden has shown quite a lot of promise I reckon.
Dixon seems to have taken 10 steps back, just in time for Arenas to step up to a podium challenging result. Jorge Lorenzo said that if contracts haven't been signed this could mean a change for Aspar. Vieti was the biggest loser today though, seems like the WC will be a thing of two now. I felt for Pasisni when he crashed too. He deserved a good result. Happy for Lopez, seems odd now to think that he was 6 months without a ride at the start of this year. And the podium for Agusto F must be another step towards a MotoGP contract to replace Remy (that's assuming he would take it if offered).
I enjoyed the MotoGP race the most this week for a change! Bastianini didn't disappoint with corporately safe riding, which was nice! I was rooting for Viñales, he is due a win soon, but wanted Marini to get his first podium too, but it wasn't to be (his best chance was Bagnaia crashig due to pressure from Bastianini, but Pecco seems to withstand the pressure better now than earlier in the season).
Viñales made quite a point about it being one year since he joined Aprilia and that it was the point at which results should, and are coming, I wonder if that was a sly dig at KTM?
I read somewhere that the atmosphere in Suzuki is on a downward spiral so I don't think we'll be seeing much of them for the rest of this season, the riders both have contracts signed too, so not much to be gained.

Suzuki are done. Not just in Motogp but in the world. Can't be a great atmosphere knowing the racing heritage is basically dead or an massive hold until it probably moves to electric.
I didn't find the race that interesting overall tbh. The initial spate of crashing messed it up. Nothing really happened at the front once it settled down and FQ did nothing and most people actually did nothing once the race was a few laps old.
I'll let Dixon off for that one as it was just a case of impatience but yeah he needs to learn to work through the pack instead of trying for a Marquez type blitz.
Moto3 was strangely boring.
I actually don't like this track. It feels like a large go-kart track to me and seems to be full of odd corners that people wash out on in all classes without much lean angle.
