Well ... In theory FQ should take a beating around here but we no have the new bullshit chicane. That said, this looks so stupid it may not benefit the yam as it looks quite stop/start and possibly benefits the Ducati?
If FB wins wins and Fabio gets shit points again then I think worry may set in.

The gpone opinion appears to be the chicane won't benefit FQ as it's not a big enough braking zone for him to pull any outbrakes but also the Ducatis will out accelerate him out of it.
It could possibly be a complete disaster and cause more problems.

I dont think the new chicane is that bad, its not 2 80 degree corners like Donington National circuit chicane. Its more like 30 degree. They had to do something there after 2020's incident. The quick fix of adding bit of barrier wasnt enough.  |

Its a lot further away from T3 than what I thought they would do, 1/2 way along the 'straight'. That still leaves an overtaking into T3.
Its opposite T6, so if you are sitting in the grandstand at T2a it gives more track action to look at, rather than watching them blast past at fuck knows what speed.
