Expecting another 3 man battle but hopefully more can join the fray. Been looking like Redding's outright pace has moved up a bit but he can't seem to keep it throughout the race. Locatelli not quite as good this season as it appeared he may be and the Honda project hasn't really made massive inroads. Rinaldi needs to start his season as well.

And what about Saint Garrett of Gerloff, the prodigal son of Yamaha, supposedly destined for big things?
I was hoping he'd be in the mix too, I certainly didn't expect him to be behind Scott in the championship.
I can't see anyone really troubling the top 3 TBH. Maybe Bassani might make a surprise challenge.

Redding didn't do too badly considering he missed 20 minutes. Rinaldi could be the fast Ducati this time. Bautista not feeling this yet but early days.

Bautista looking very composed. I think he has enough to beat Rea this year. He's never looked ragged and seesm like he'll settle for points instead of crashing. Toprak is the one looking like he's pushing it but I guess today was just one of those days with the breakdown.
The BMW was 4s a lap down towards the end of the race. It must use tyres like bastard or something.
SS300 and WSSport were also good, WSS especially with that finish.

Well, with Rea finishing off the podium and Razgatlioglu having a DNF, it was like a walk in the park for Bautista!
I know he's geting all defensive about comments about the power of the Ducati being the reason he's winning but really, if he doesn't win the title this year he'll never have a better chance surely?

An interesting round, if not just for the gossip. The racing was ok until it wasn't when Bautista put the hammer down. Seems Rea is thinking of leaving Kawasaki. His only option is really Ducati as I don't think the Yamaha is miles ahead. I'm guessing he's gone back into 2019 mode now Bautista is pissing on them.
The rest of the racing was good. If you don't want SS300 you should do. It's non stop. Annoying that Yamaha start complaining as soon as another make wins in WSS. Wasn't the idea to bring some competition to a dead class?

Scott Redding is claiming his clutch is letting him down with bad starts but has always been shit at starting!
