I have organised a series of gangs at work. I lead the Bum Squad, we have the gay Gal gang, the gay disciples and the rear loaders. I give everyone a name. Anyone I don't like has several names and none of them flattering. I'm actually very popular at work for the first time ever. Apparently it's just like being back at school. Good old fashioned bullying. It doesn't pay to show me any weakness.
