It's on!
No idea who is going to win. MM seems fit again.

A Ducati will win I reckon. I'm saying Ducati lockout but the factory boys this time followed by Marini.
Marquez 4th but near.
1st MotoGP crasher in practice. Raul. 1sr MotoGP crasher in race. Alex Marquez.

My MotoGP fantasy team pick before the weekend is: It was either AE or MV from what was left with my budget.

Yamaha have won the most MotoGP races at Qatar, but I can't see that happening this year.
Marc will win multiple races this year, but he's only won one MotoGP race here, so that's not likely either.
Can't see Suzuki or KTM winning.
That only leaves Ducati (safe bet due to numbers) or Aprilia!
Could they? Aprilia I mean.... I'd love to see it.
But being realistic Bagnaia has it in the bag already.

I'll go for Pol as first race crasher.
That one off "fastest in testing" title will have gone to his head.
First practice crasher could well be Marc, if he's not feeling fragile he usually is quite happy to take it over the limit in order to find it.

Be interesting to see how Ana Crackers goes. She's stated she wants to win the Moto3 title and move to MotoGP eventually. Don't we all.

Apparently AnaC didn't get the SSP300 ride because she couldn't find the money. Kind of lucked out falling into Moto3 then.
Not long now until Acosta hits the track.

"Foggier clear at front" reads MCNs headline. 0.974s ahead.

Early doors, but Dixon looks comfortable on the bike. Better than McPhee....

Last year was a bad one for Dixon. He showed promise, but didnt score many points. If he has a decent start this year and doesnt damage his wrist any further he should do well. I was wondering if his wrist is now fully healed, so strong, but has he lost a lot of movement in it and that will that hamper him.

A few surprises there then!
I don't think anyone was expecting Suzuki to be that consistently in the top places. New Honda doesn't seem too shabby either.
Ducati need some time to get that bike working right. It might be more powerful than the rest but Miller was visibly frustrated by it I reckon.

FP1 Rins had a soft set to get a fast lap time for 3rd, Mir didnt for 7th. It will be interesting to see what happened in FP2 when the results are in.
