A long list of ex motogp and WSB racers. Not without incident. Small highside after it started raining.

I'm watching it live now. Got a whole day of rest to myself before I go do a fence job tomorrow for a friend. I really enjoy Endurance racing. If I'm honest I prefer it to MotoGP, WSB and BSB.

Surprised nobody revived this thread considering this weekend's action.
Didn't watch it, but read afew reports. Seems like Bradley SMith was pretty lucky to avoid serious injury, seems to have had a Wilairot type accident.
Yoshi Suzuki won despite them running out of fuel and having to push the bike down pit lane. Eveybody else seemed to have mechanical problems or crash though.

Can't really get into endurance racing. I'm more likely to watch the car version but I don't even find that interesting anymore apart from the lower classes. Once the cars went diesel and the hybrid hyperwank I lost interest.
I suppose the Suzuka 8 hour used to be the thing of legend but that doesn't attract the cream of the crop anymore and it's Alex Lowes level at best.

The first 40 minutes of that was mental. It was like a WSB race and pretty good advertisement for proper racing to return to Spa. I don't think Eau Rogue is the problem it is in cars due to the much lower cornering speeds.
Bit of drama at the end of with Rea really putting the wet weather hammer down.

I was flukey enough to catch the last 10 minutes. Well done Gino.
