He says it's too slow for motogp, only really suitable for moto3 and you just can't use the power of a gp bike anywhere.
Sounds like a duffer. I hope they don't use it but I guess if enough $$$ fall into Dorna's pockets they'd race in Asda carpark.
Smith was a bit more diplomatic but it doesn't sound like a rider's choice place.
Bit shit that Portimao isn't used and Turkey used to be awesome. Oh well, I expect the awesome circuits to be slowly filterered out by shit ones like F1. $$$.
