Recorded all of it from Eurospurt watched chunks & fast-forwarded the boring bits. Thought some of the stuff I watched in detail was top entertainment. The fast guys cutting through bunches of backmarkers was laugh out loud crazy at times. JR's precision & brain speed was jaw dropping, 4-5 bike passes in a flick-flack chicane without losing speed. Lowes & VDM deserved that win, 2-man team in those iffy conditions takes some level of concentration. Slightly off topic but those two could easily have descended into a JR/Sykes relationship. I hope Yamaha appreciate Dennings management skills because those two pushing so hard in the same direction is what's dragging Yamaha up to Kawasaki's level. My only criticism is that the coverage didn't cover some of the more outstanding rides further down the field, Bridewell, Ray, Guinters, Laverty and Iddon were doing BSB proud. And that 44 year old tab smoker Kagayama has no right to be so f**n fast. Agreed. Lowes vs vd Mark could end in a lot of clashes on track in WSBK as they are roughly the same speed on the same kit. I'm a bit surprised there hasnt TBH but as you say Paul Denning probably has them well drilled. Not the best 8-hour I've seen, but a good result. Rea's small crash and running out of fuel cost them.

Once the get a few more 10'ths out of the package it will probably happen but the Kawasaki is still just a wee bit quicker. Both have the smarts to realise if ego gets in the way and they start to trip each other up the green machine will clear off.
