Last year
Rins Marini FQ
Well, that not going to happen this year!

If Marquez can't win or nearly win here I think he's never going to win

I think I read that Rins is the only current MGP rider who has won in all categories here?
Could be a good weekend for the championship if we see MM and AR on the podium.
I am guessing that Ducati will have established an exclusion zone between MM and Bagnaia however.

I hope Pecco has another DNF. Need to stop the feeling of inevitability around the factory Ducati.
Some nonsense talk on Twitter of Pramac to Yamaha. Why the fuck would they do that?

Some nonsense talk on Twitter of Pramac to Yamaha. Why the fuck would they do that? I posted this on the Silly Season thread. Seems like they may have no choice. Ducati have said that they cannot keep 8 bikes on the grid, so someone will be left without bikes when the music stops. VR46 have already signed to extend with Ducati and obviously the factory team will remain which means either Gresisni or Pramac will lose their Ducatis. Yamaha want in on whichever team loses out (and they expected it to be VR46, but nope) so they are snuggling up to Pramac.... Seems logical, if I was Yamaha I'd go with Pramac before Gresisni, but as far as I can tell we still might see Gresini Yamaha. But nobody in the press is discussing that possibility. Imagine that though, MM stays at Gresini and Gresini go to Yamaha bikes!

I'm surprised FQ re-signed with Yamaha (although 11 million a year might have helped persuade him), the Aprilia is a better bike and has been for a couple of years. Time will tell.

Aprilia seem to have quite a serious reliability problem though. That might also have sweetened the tough choice of earning 11m....

Can't put my finger on it but I don't like COTA. It's probably because I've been on it in VR sim racing and don't like it.

P2 for Acosta….incredible. Vinales looks good, smooth….Marquez bike looked so unstable on his last Q2 lap. Martin overriding in desperation. SPR should be interesting. Yamaha and Honda continue to be nowhere.

Well that was....err...... interesting?
GP races are getting quite tedious. A race threatened to happen but never did.

The main event was actually better than the M3 and M3...for a change. Great ride by MV after a terrible start, got mugged at T1. Shame MM binned it, not sure if he could have won but a podium was there for the taking. If Acosta's ride is a sign of what's to come then happy days.

Mgp was better than M3. Haven't seen M2 yet, any good?
Vinales riding good. Still maintain that if he had stayed with Suzuki back in the day, he would be already a World Champ. Looks like it might happen.
PAcosta, the future is here now.
MM, want to see him win again, but he is just too impatient.

I think that the win will come sooner or later on the Ducati, but, IMO, it appears as though he is still trying to shake off some old Honda habits i.e. making up time on corner entry.

To be fair, I think he had some brake issues. Only read about it after I posted.
