Bautista to do a Bayliss. Now that would be truly amazing!

Bautista to do a Bayliss. Now that would be truly amazing! That would properly piss off Tardozzi!

I think Bautista will finish about 6th or something.

6th would be impressive, but I think there are a lot more riders who will finish ahead of him. And he's probably been told not to get involved in any Ducati scraps with PB or JM....
Top 10 will be good though.

Fuck me , what a lacklustre sprint race. Not sure the beast will be able to play rear gunner for a full length race if FB isn't any faster tomorrow.
Disappointed in Bautista but he may go better tomorrow.

Ducati team orders in effect. Basta was just following Bags, he could’ve at least shown him a wheel to make it look like he was trying. Now I want Martin to win the title even more!

M3 - havent seen it yet. M2 - Boring but well done Acosta, looking forward to seeing him in MGP. He's a class act. MGP - Boring, both Factory Ducati's pickup a penaltys for tyre pressure too high, but won't be an issue in Qatar.
It'd be crap if a title was decided on tyre pressure penalty points!....Probably one of the reasons why Dorna are going to 850cc in 2027, all the rear ride height devices plus aero = harder braking, also makes it harder to slipstream and pass and less exciting racing. I just hope they ditch the "shapeshifter' electronics and have sensible aero, or none at all.

M3, pretty good. CV is racing ggod. Masia was pissed off that CV and Sasaki ganged up on him. Ride faster then.
M2, skipped through
MGP, Glad to see Bast win, what a miserable season he has had. Want Martin to win the WC though

Well Moto2 and GP where top contenders for snoozefest DVD so you can fall asleep after xmas dinner. Fucking barely anything happened at all. Congrats to Acosta but he didn't seem that bothered to be honest, he looked like someone told him he'd won £5.20 on the Euromillions. Then again so did Sasaki after that lack of team orders.

Moto3 race of the day as usual, with a little bit of 125 'late race retirements' thrown in. 2, stone me. Main event, pretty grim.

Moto 3 was certainly the most entertaining. Not sure to blame a lack of team orders for the unexpected overtake, by all accounts there were clear orders, but Veijer just couldn't resist going for the win.
Lots of comparisons with Talmasci doing the same years back and costing Kalio the championship.
At least Arbolino provided a bit of emotion in Moto 2, apart from that... Meh. Obviously congrats to Acosta, but Aldeguer is in a different league recently!
MotoGP, too dull. Can't blame Martin for throwing in the towel dicing with Bagnaia, but it didn't make for a good race. Wanted Alex M to close in on Bastianini, but never mind.
Most interesting point of the day was the Marini to HRC "news".

Lots of comparisons with Talmasci doing the same years back and costing Kalio the championship. Remember that, passing Kallio on the finishing line. If I remember correctly, Kallio also lost points to Luthi in another race that year. Luthi crashed and caused a redflag situation, but was able to restart, but Kallio couldnt or something along those lines. Memory is fading. The rules were amended after that. As for Talmasci, rumours back then was that Talmasci was way over the age limit, but has false paperwork...
