Buddh International Circuit Not seen the layout. Been on the F1 calender for years, but any new track will be interesting....1km back straight. Expect some serious top speeds! Attachments:

Typical F1 track; dead stop, followed by a humongous straight, followed by another dead stop! It might work for MotoGP, but I ain't holding my breath with 4x hairpins!

Crafar's GoPro lap on the BMW makes it look like wheeze of the week! Seems to be a "rider's track". Good to see Capirossi has decided its safe enough to race on.

I'm guessing the meat in the sandwich is the race itself. The practice session is a bit underwhelming because the track is so fucking big.

I don't watch F1 and I've not seen footage before Crafar's lap... it certainly looks better than the layout suggests. There are certainly more elevation changes then I was expecting.

Interesting FP1.
Who'd have bet on 4 different bikes in the first 4 places?
Don't think that's any indication of how the rest of the weekend will go though...

Quite like the circuit, some elevation changes and a bit of “banking”…riders seemed to enjoy it. Bez for the win in the main race today. Surprised to see MM podium but I doubt he’ll repeat that.

Well I didn't think the racing was that interesting really. I'm sure it's a blast to ride around but apart from the starts, nothing much seemed to happen.
Moto3 was exceptionally boring for a moto3 race. The track is too big for it but I was suprised how broken up it got.
Moto2 was ruined by Alonso. Quite how he didn't get a penalty given he'd already run Dixon out I don't know.
MotoGP was only really interesting watching Marquez come back through and then that little battle with FQ and JM.

M3, Sasaki dropped off, hit by the heat? M2, see Albcoba is still up to his bowling antics. Also ignored his LLP and got a double. MGP, Nobody close to Bez today. Did JM open his suit due to heat? He was done for after the race.

JM suffered from dehydration…I thought they carried some water in the hump of their leathers for high temp races?…Bez looked fresh as a daisy post-race!
Championship wide open now.

Once again Race Direction spoils the show. Dani Pedrosa was commentating for DAZN and they asked his opinion on the Alonso / Dixon no penalty call. They were comparing it to the penalty Oncu got for hitting Muñoz and he was really trying to be diplomatic and non commital but in the end he basically admitted that the inconsistencies just don't make sense.
Anyway I enjoyed the racing except Moto2 , Moto3 and Moto GP were as good as at most circuits I reckon.
Good to see some Japanese bikes at the front for a change. Marc was very careful to clarify that nothing has changed and the only reason he was more of less competitive was the circumsatnces with the new track, there was also some talk of the tyres being the limiting factor, so there was the same cieling for all which evened out the technical differences.
Looks like it will be back to normal service from Honda and Yamaha at Japan.
Bagnaia seems to be doing an "Alvaro"... what is it with Ducatis and late season fuckups? Now he has pressure, and it's not normañly when he performs his best! I'd love to see Martin win the title.
