At the start of the season it looked almost like Ducati could have this nailed on. Now their leading riders have all fallen too often or are all over the place.
I think FQ will take this again and it will another snoozefest.

The is an aspect of this race even more horrifying than a 5th surgery for Marc Marquez. It is ITV using Bradley Smith for commentary.

ITV are showing MotoGP?
Still it could be worse, they could have dragged out Shakey.

Shakey is a miracle man. His hair grew back after racing.

Biaggi's grew back whilst he was still racing.

Tight times at the top but Miller fastest and Pol smashed up both bikes. Rins binned it on an already bad wrist and didn't do much afterwards. Interesting that Guinters will be called up if Rins decides not to go forward.
Still reckon the race will be wank.

Still reckon the race will be wank. All doom and gloom? Pretty impressive by Sasaki. 6th in FP1. Even Dovi found some speed.

Motogp has got a bit of a fin de siecle feeling about it for me at the moment. The electronics and aero are gluing the bikes to the tarmac too much, a team has left, Yamaha have dropped down to 2 bikes, KTM have dropped the ball, too many riders-not enough rides, no healthy Marc, WSB and BSB producing better racing. Crowds are down. Rossi is gone.
This year's big story arc for me is the Aleix story. Can he do the unthinkable and win the Motogp title? I always thought he came across as a bit of a cock but Motogp unlimited changed my mind about him and Miller.
Just out of interest when was the last time this circuit produced a real thriller? Marquez won nearly all them in the recent history.

On one hand you say that no healthy Marc is a downside, but then you say that there's been no thrillers because Marc has won them all in recent history! For me, Marc being out (unfortunate as it is for him) and Quatararo having a duff motor has been a great equaliser. Makes predicting the winner a bit more tricky at least.

Marc is a bit of a yardstick though. I think Fabio is the only one who would have been alien back in those days.
I just can't remember this circuit being much of a thriller in Manila type place apart from the 03 Sete Vs Rossi .

Lowes redemption arc or back to graveltrap hell for him? He needs at least a podium before the holidays.
I wonder who will get too excited into the first corner in MotoGP ? I reckon Zarco will bin it. Fabio to win .
