I've never claimed to be a decent person, but I think that I appreciate irony.
And honestly, the most ironic thing in the world right now is that 150 MPs want Boris to resign for having a beer with mates during Covid, but none want him to resign for sending refugees to Rwanda.
Britain looks great from outside right now folks, believe me!
(That last line was irony too by the way)

It's no longer about whether he had a beer or a bit of cake, it's that he repeatedly lied about it to parliament and to the British public. He has absolutely trashed the ministerial code, has just lost his second 'independent' ethics advisor and was only fucking sorry about the lockdown breaches when it became clear that he wasn't getting away with it. He tried to get the Sue Gray report binned and has clearly had some influence over it as widely reported parties in his flat weren't investigated. It's now about the deceit rather than the act itself. But aye, the Rwanda deportations would have shamed Hitler. |

Thing is, as has been reported elsewhere, Private Eye use some of the sharpest libel lawyers going so you can bet the hole in your arse that they have receipts for that story and will know the identity of the MP who caught them. So why aren't any of the 'free' press running with it?
