Advantage Toprak. That was some off.
I think Toseland is overthinking the situation with the technical whys of it. Rea just pushed on like a mad bastard and paid the price.

Best race for ages. Toprak's braking is on another level. I dont think Redding complaining about his riding will make Toprak think twice. If anything, it shows Toprak Redding is worried about him. Just too fast by Rea or something wrong with the bike? Rea doesnt normally throw it down the road.

Rea used to throw the Honda down the road all the time.

That was years ago, before he won the title six times.

Brilliant racing. Shame Rea went down, it was shaping up to be an even three way battle. Reckon he'll be OK for tomorrow though.
Scott basically saying that he hasn't got he bottle to outbrake Toprak? Not surprised reaally, but admitting it on the TV?

Impressive stuff from Baz too, surely he's got that ride in the bag for next year already?
Not so impressive from VdMarc... twat.

Both Rea and Topcat were on the limit but I think Rea just went a bit too much over the limit…Topcat’s on the limit looked more in control, if you get my drift.

The 1st 5 laps produced some of the best racing I've witnessed and when Rea crashed i half thought Toprak would take the 20 points as Redding was riding superbly. He clearly doesn't think like that and when he took Scott (again) with 2 laps to go he was sublime. You never expect him to go down even though he looks on the absolute limit. Brilliant. The collision early doors with Rea was harsh but it just made Rea mad. Too mad it seems. Great race for 3rd too, Baz is some rider to jump on Chas"s bike and make podium. Hopefully we see him back in Europe next season. MDM, deary me

Basically being the braking god means a)they can't get past him into the slower corners b)he can get past them
The Yamaha whilst not 'as fast' as the Ducati is also clearly no slouch. I think it has the legs on the Kwak. Rea also takes the sort of lines that mean once he gets stuff into a corner he's got a very hard time getting back. Redding also seems to have to take wider lines which means he can catch up but they aren't great for racing.

Game on again after TopCat’s crash in race 2!…6 races left, it’s still all to play for but I think Top will take the title…wish they’d shown Rea’s charge to 3rd after 1 lap!…great ride. He’ll be rueing his crash in the SPR..
Some great racing this weekend in WSB
